The Illinois Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates is one of the largest and most active FBINAA chapters in the world. Its members include FBI National Academy graduates from across the state, from the Northern Illinois Division to the Railsplitters Division.

Held at Eagle Ridge Resort in Galena, the 2026 State Conference offers three days of training, leadership development, and conversation among chiefs, sheriffs, command staff, and public safety executives. Attendees will share what's working in their agencies, tackle common challenges, and strengthen the relationships that support coordinated public safety across Illinois.
