Mark Wood
Chief Executive Officer
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (ret.)
Mark Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of LeoSight, where he leads the company’s mission to help public safety agencies communicate and coordinate as one team in the moments that matter most. A former law enforcement leader with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Mark brings deep operational experience to building technology that supports real-time decision-making and cross-agency collaboration. He has spent much of his career helping scale public safety technology companies and supporting agencies as they adopt modern platforms that improve situational awareness and operational coordination.
Jay Draisin
Chief Product & Client Operations Officer
Captain, Orlando Police Department (ret.)
Jay works closely with LeoSight’s customers to ensure agencies are deployed quickly, well trained, and able to derive maximum operational value from the platform. Drawing on more than two decades of law enforcement experience with the Orlando Police Department, where he helped design and build the department’s Real-Time Crime Center and led multiple operational units, Jay brings deep operational insight into how agencies use technology in the field. He also works closely with LeoSight’s engineering team to help shape the platform’s roadmap, ensuring customer needs and real-world operational challenges are reflected in the company’s ongoing innovation.
Jim Macedo
Chief Growth Officer
Sheriff, Calaveras County Sheriff (ret.)
Jim leads LeoSight’s growth strategy, working closely with leadership to expand the company’s reach across public safety agencies and strategic partners. A former law enforcement leader with more than 28 years of experience in public safety, Jim brings deep operational insight into the challenges agencies face and how technology can support more coordinated operations and response.
He also serves on the Executive Board of the FBI National Academy Associates, supporting leadership development and collaboration across one of the largest networks of law enforcement professionals worldwide.
Susan Crandall
Chief Marketing Officer
Susan leads LeoSight's brand and marketing strategy, helping ensure the company's technology and messaging reflect the real-world needs of public safety agencies. With more than two decades of experience across B2G and B2B markets, she has helped build, launch, and scale products serving the public safety, government, risk intelligence, and AI sectors. Susan brings deep experience translating customer insight into product, market, and growth strategies that drive adoption, strengthen engagement, and support long-term growth.

Trainor leads LeoSight’s financial strategy and operational planning, helping guide the company’s growth as it expands its mission supporting public safety agencies. He brings experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory, working with organizations on capital strategy, growth planning, and long-term value creation.
