Mark Wood
Chief Executive Officer

Mark Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of LeoSight, where he leads the company’s mission to help public safety agencies communicate and coordinate as one team in the moments that matter most. A former law enforcement leader with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Mark brings deep operational experience to building technology that supports real-time decision-making and cross-agency collaboration. He has spent much of his career helping scale public safety technology companies and supporting agencies as they adopt modern platforms that improve situational awareness and operational coordination.
Jay Draisin
Chief Product & Client Operations Officer
Captain, Orlando Police Department (ret.)
Jay works closely with LeoSight’s customers to ensure agencies are deployed quickly, well trained, and able to derive maximum operational value from the platform. Drawing on more than two decades of law enforcement experience with the Orlando Police Department, where he helped design and build the department’s Real-Time Crime Center and led multiple operational units, Jay brings deep operational insight into how agencies use technology in the field. He also works closely with LeoSight’s engineering team to help shape the platform’s roadmap, ensuring customer needs and real-world operational challenges are reflected in the company’s ongoing innovation.
Trainor Storey
Chief Financial Officer
Trainor leads LeoSight’s financial strategy and operational planning, helping guide the company’s growth as it expands its mission supporting public safety agencies. He brings experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory, working with organizations on capital strategy, growth planning, and long-term value creation. His financial leadership helps ensure LeoSight can continue investing in innovation while scaling responsibly.
Jesse Mitchell
Vice President of Engineering
Jesse Mitchell leads engineering and platform architecture at LeoSight, overseeing the development of the technologies that power the company's unified command platform. A seasoned software architect with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale software systems, Jesse helps transform complex operational challenges into intelligent, mission-driven solutions. His focus on innovation, scalability, and engineering excellence helps ensure LeoSight continues to deliver reliable technologies that support real-time decision-making and operational coordination for public safety agencies.
Kyle LeGendre
Vice President of Client Operations

Kyle LeGendre leads client operations at LeoSight, helping agencies successfully deploy, adopt, and maximize the value of the platform. Drawing on his experience in law enforcement and public safety technology, Kyle works closely with customers throughout implementation, training, and ongoing operations to ensure LeoSight aligns with the realities of the mission. His continued service in law enforcement provides firsthand insight into the challenges agencies face and helps ensure customer feedback remains closely connected to product and operational outcomes.

He partners closely with leadership to provide the reporting, analytics, and insights needed to guide decision-making, improve execution, and measure performance across the organization. Chastin Qualls

A retired law enforcement professional, Chastin brings deep experience across public safety, technology, and strategic partnerships, working closely with customers and technology providers to identify integration opportunities that improve information sharing and operational coordination. His firsthand understanding of agency needs helps ensure LeoSight's expanding partner ecosystem delivers meaningful value to the mission.
Holly Petty
Director of Administration
Holly Petty oversees administration and people operations at LeoSight, helping ensure the company remains aligned, organized, and positioned for growth. She leads employee onboarding, hiring coordination, human resources, and administrative functions while supporting finance and day-to-day business operations. Through her focus on employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration, Holly helps create the foundation that enables LeoSight's teams to do their best work.
Brian Churchill
Director of SALES
Brian Churchill brings extensive public safety leadership, operational expertise, and customer-focused experience to LeoSight. Following his service in the U.S. Army and a distinguished career with the Manitou Springs Police Department and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Brian transitioned into public safety technology, where he combines firsthand operational knowledge with a deep understanding of agency needs, technology adoption, and successful implementation. At LeoSight, Brian leads sales operations, helping agencies identify solutions that enhance outcomes, improve efficiency, and support their mission.

Marketing manager
Ally Ward leads marketing initiatives that support the company's mission. She oversees trade shows, customer events, webinars, and marketing operations while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth and strengthen customer engagement.
